Kineton Manor is a privately run home and is not part of a chain. It is situated in the delightful, rural Warwickshire village of Kineton which although is not a town, has many amenities. Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Banbury are all within easy reach by bus (10-15 miles away) and London is only an hour and 20 minutes by train from Leamington Spa.  

Kineton Manor Nursing Home provides excellent opportunities for their staff. They are well supported with training and are encouraged to develop themselves and take on responsibilities. Pay is above average and salaries are negotiable. Meals are provided free of charge for staff whilst they are on duty and accommodation is available. There is also a bonus system in operation.
