An independent Residential Home

Kineton Manor is a privately run home and is not part of a chain. It is situated in the delightful, rural Warwickshire village of Kineton which although is not a town, has many amenities. Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Banbury are all within easy reach by bus (10-15 miles away) and London is only an hour and 20 minutes by train from Leamington Spa.  

COMPLIANCE OFFICER

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position requires a strong understanding of compliance frameworks. The Compliance Officer will work closely with different departments to maintain compliance standards and promote a culture of integrity within the organisation.
Responsibilities

  •  Implement, and maintain maintenance compliance programmes that align with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
  • Accurately maintaining weekly and monthly records to demonstrate compliance checks.
  •  The legionella control within the home, reporting defects to the General Manager and ensuring their resolution.
  •  Ensuring that all fire safety arrangements within the building are maintained in efficient working order.
  • Managing maintenance to minimise infection risks.
  •   Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance s
  •  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Experience

  •  Proven experience in a maintenance compliance role or similar position is essential.
  • Excellent project management skills, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required for effective communication.
  • Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with maintaining logic controllers would be advantageous.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: £14.50-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
